What operating systems and browsers is Flexie supported on?

Flexie support all OS having an updated browser version from Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome or Safari

How do I pay for the services?

You can use your Credit Card or your bank account, we can accept all credit cards, also bank withdrawal

Do I need to sign a contract?

Yes, you need to sign a contract for custom solutions, or for enterprise level deployments and agreements. For standard plans there is no contract.

How do I deactivate my account?

You can anytime deactivate your account, by just not paying the next billing cycle, according to your contract.

Do you support multiple languages?

We support English and Italian, for the time being. If we add other languages, you will be notified in due time.

How many users can I have?

You can have as many users as you want. Notice, however, that you will be charged according to the plan of choice.

Can I have Flexie products in the cloud or locally?

We offer both solutions, you can use our cloud infrastructure, or your own, or even a hybrid approach. Thats why we named it Flexie, because it's flexible.

Are there any hidden costs, or setup fees?

There are no hidden costs, all plans are cristal clear and you actually pay for what you use.

How will I know if I have reached the data storage limit in Flexie?

You would be notified via Email also all resource metrics are available within CRM itself.

Can I pay for Flexie with something other than a credit card?

Yes you can, beside credit cards we do accept bank withdrawal too.

Where is my data located?

Your data is located in our dedicated datacenters. Data location its based on your nearest location we detect, we have our servers in Europe, USA and Asia.
