Sending emails to leads/contacts in Flexie CRM is very simple. Sending emails, however, is not enough: you want to know if the emails have been opened/read by the lead or contact. How do you that? In Flexie CRM, you don’t have to go the extra mile in order to send a tracked email to a specific lead/contact; Flexie does that for you. All you have to do is email a contact or a lead, or whatever records you may have, from Mailbox or from the record’s profile, and that’s it. Flexie would automatically notify you for an open email.
